We are a family restautant open in 2011 by José Ramón, Vilma and Yairi, originally from Venezuela after celebrating Christmast in 2010 with nostalgic and joly for the traditional taste of the venezuelan cuisine emerge the idea to open a small place to offer our food and give a new option among the large variety in Playa del Carmen.

Vilma is the Chef, her seasoning is the main inspiration of Kaxapa Factory identity, “homemade food” that combined with the hospitality from José Ramón and Yairi will make you feel like being in your distance family house who love you very much.
